Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
Netherlands:
- €4.95 on orders below €60 (letterbox package)
- €7.95 for larger orders that don’t fit through the letterbox (such as bags)
- Free shipping on orders over €60
All orders are shipped with DHL or PostNL, including tracking.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the Netherlands.

What are the delivery time frames?
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Most orders fit through your letterbox for convenient delivery. Orders placed before 23:59 are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
Returns
How do I return an item?
You can request a return for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that earrings (for hygiene reasons), engraved items, sample sale items, gift cards, and gift packaging are non-returnable.
To start a return, simply email us at support@bayofhayley.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
I placed an order during the sale. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can! We accept returns on sale items excluding sample sale items, personalised or engraved items, earrings (for strict hygiene reasons), gift cards & gift packaging.
What is your Sample Sale policy?
Items in our Sample Sale are offered at a largely reduced price and may include archived designs, exclusive pieces, or samples no longer available on our website. Please note that Sample Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
If you experience an issue within 14 days of purchase, we’re happy to offer store credit for the amount paid.
What should I do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item in my order?
If there are any issues with your order, there is no need to arrange this as a return. Instead, please pop a message to our customer service team at support@bayofhayley.com and they'll get that all sorted for you.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe
- You did not like the item and placed an refund within 30 days
- You received an incorrect item
Please note that refunds may not be issued in the following cases:
- The order was placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Lost or stolen jewellery
- Sample Sale items
- Delivery issues occurred due to circumstances beyond our control (such as customs delays or natural events)

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information to track your order to its destination.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We are sadly not able to make changes to your order once it has been placed. Please ensure that all information provided is correct at checkout.
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
We are sadly not able to cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure that all information provided is correct at checkout.
I've entered my shipping address wrong, can I change it?
We are sadly unable to make any changes once your order has been placed due to how quickly our orders are processed in the warehouse. Please be sure to check that your address is typed in correctly before completing checkout.
Giftcard & Discounts
Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes, we do! After you have completed your purchase, this will be sent to you via email which will contain a code. You can forward this email on to the gift recipient if this is purchased for another person.
How long are gift cards valid for?
Our gift cards have no expiration date.
Can I return a gift card?
We don't accept returns on gift cards. Please see our returns policy for more information.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
