RETURNS & EXCHANGES
30-Day Return Window
- You can return items purchased from Bay of Hayley within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- All returns must be approved before sending items back.
Condition of Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as received
- Returned with original packaging (including any gifts)
Return Shipping Cost
- Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide a tracking number as proof of return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 2–7 business days to appear in your account
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Engraved or personalised items
- Sample Sale items
- Gift cards
- Gift packaging
Promotions & Bundles
Buy 2 Get 1 Free (or similar promotions)
- If returned together → full refund or store credit
- If returned separately → the promotion no longer applies and the refund will be recalculated
Example: If you keep part of a promotional set, the discount no longer applies. The refund will be recalculated based on the full price of the items kept.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days at support@bayofhayley.com - We will assist you as quickly as possible.
When refunds may not be issued
Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Lost or stolen items after delivery
- Items that fall under non-returnable categories
- Delivery delays outside of our control
